User-Generated Content & Photo Consent

By sending, uploading, tagging, or otherwise sharing photos, videos, reviews, or testimonials featuring Conscious Collective Co. products (“Content”) with us whether through email, direct message, social media tags, or any other method you grant Conscious Collective Co. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and share that Content across our website, marketing materials, email newsletters, and all social media platforms.

This includes our right to edit or modify the Content for formatting purposes, while always respecting its original intent.
You confirm that the Content is your own, that you have the rights to share it, and that no third-party rights are being violated.

If at any time you would like your Content removed from our platforms, please contact us at hello@consciouscollectiveco.com.au, and we will action your request promptly wherever reasonable.
