DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Our delivery rates are:
- Australia-wide: Flat rate $9.95)
- International: Calculated at checkout based on destination
All prices are in AUD.
Estimated delivery times:
- Australia Metro: 2–5 business days
- Australia Regional/Rural: 5–10 business days
- International: 5–12 business days (varies by location)
These are estimates and may vary during busy periods, holidays or extreme weather events.
We partner with trusted carriers such as Australia Post and reputable international couriers to ensure safe, reliable delivery.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your Conscious Collective Co. pieces.
If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns on full-priced items within 28 days of delivery—provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
Sale items may be eligible for an exchange or store credit, depending on the promotion.
Simply email us at conscious.co@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the process.
At this time, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.
Absolutely. If the size, colour or product isn’t quite right, please contact us and we’ll help arrange an exchange (subject to availability).
Once your return is received and inspected, we process refunds to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 2–5 business days, but some banks may take up to 10 business days.
Yes. We can either:
- Refund the original purchaser, or
- Help the recipient exchange it for something new
